WHAT IS FLYING PONY STUDIOS?
Flying Pony Studios is the name of my art business and associated shop. My name is Sara Light-Waller and I have been a working artist, on and off, for many years. I specialize in children’s book and magazine illustrations, clip art, coloring book creation, pet portraits, web comic art, and graphic design.
HOW DO YOU PAY ME?
I accept PayPal payments for the products in this shop. There is no required sign up for PayPal in order to use it and payments are secure through Paypal.
WHEN...
I require payments to be made in full within 24 hours of order placement. If payment is not received within 24 hours of purchase, I will notify you via email. If I do not receive a response or payment from you within 48 hours of the placement of your order, I will cancel the order and relist the item.
HOW ABOUT SHIPPING?
Items are shipped from WA state (USA) within 24 hours of receiving payment in full (excluding weekends or holidays). All domestic orders will ship via USPS Priority Mail.
International customers should contact me directly to make arrangements for shipping and any fees, taxes, and duties associated with shipping to their respective countries.
I cannot be responsible for any shipping delays or mail damaged or lost by the US Postal Service or their carriers. Additional insurance and mailing options are available and can be added to your order at your request for an additional fee. Combined shipping is available.
REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES
Customer satisfaction is VERY important to me. Please email me right away if there's a problem with your order and I'll do my best to make it right.
All Flying Pony Studios items for sale within this shop may be returned for a refund of the purchase price minus shipping and a 20% restocking fee. All refunds are given once the item has been returned/received. The item must be returned within 7 days of receipt in sellable condition. Shipping costs are not refundable. I cannot be responsible for any shipping delays or mail damaged or lost by the US Postal Service or their carriers.

All personal information provided to Flying Pony Studios will remain strictly confidential. I do not sell, trade, or share any personal information.
WHAT ABOUT EBOOKS? ARE THEY STILL AVAILABLE?
Yes! I also offer the “My Day At The Horse Show” coloring book as an EBOOK. The cost of the EBOOK is $5.00. The coloring book(s) for sale in this shop are all physical (real, spiral-bound) coloring books.
